I knew from an early age that books would somehow be part of my story.
Even before I understood purpose or calling, I loved words. I loved stories. I loved the way language could inspire, challenge, and transform a life. Writing wasn't simply something I did—it was how I processed the world around me. It was how I made sense of what I saw, what I felt, and eventually, what I believed God was saying.
That love for words led me to earn a degree in Communication Arts with a concentration in Journalism and later spend thirty years teaching English and Language Arts. But beneath my love of writing was something deeper.
God was preparing me to steward messages.
Over the years, He showed me that writing is more than a skill. It is a gift. A responsibility. An act of stewardship. Whether through books, teaching, ministry, or everyday conversations, words have the power to change mindsets, shift culture, and advance His Kingdom.
And that is where my journey truly began.
From Writer to Book Midwife
For years, I encouraged others to write while wrestling with my own fears, doubts, and perfectionism.
I knew God had called me to write, yet like many aspiring authors, I found countless reasons to delay. What if it wasn't good enough? What if no one read it? What if I failed?
Eventually, I realized obedience was more important than perfection.
When I finally published my first book, I discovered something unexpected. God had not only called me to write books—He had also called me to help others birth theirs.
What began as helping a few writers navigate the publishing process has grown into coaching, publishing support, editing, and mentoring authors from idea to finished book.
Today, many people know me as "The Book Midwife" because I have the privilege of helping authors bring their God-given messages into the world.
There is nothing quite like watching someone move from "I think I have a book in me" to holding that book in their hands.
The book is already inside you.

More Than Books
While books are a significant part of my work, they are not the whole story.
I am passionate about helping people recognize and steward the gifts, influence, and opportunities God has entrusted to them.
Through teaching, coaching, speaking, and the In His Image Kingdom Women's Network, I encourage believers to grow in spiritual maturity, hear God's voice, walk in their Kingdom assignment, and live from the truth of who He created them to be.
Whether I am working with a first-time author, teaching Scripture, mentoring leaders, or equipping women, my desire remains the same:
To see people become faithful stewards of everything God has placed in their hands.
